Or must be someone related to the company that produced it, otherwise it will be considered a defect.
- If the form is not submitted, the company will wait approximately five days and then proceed to the next step automatically.
- If you request to pick up the item yourself, our team will contact you upon completion. If you cannot be contacted within 30 days, the company will not be held liable for any lost items.
- Some card names and details will be based on the information submitted via the form. If information is missing or incorrectly entered, SQC will substitute a name that can be found.
- Do not use opaque sleeves as our team will not be able to take photos upon receipt. SQC will not be responsible for any problems.
- Do not attach card pull tape to the sleeves or the cards themselves as this may cause damage. SQC will not be responsible for any problems.
- When packing, attach the sequential stickers to the outside of the toploader or Cardsaver, keeping them away from the cards.
- If the box arrives in an incomplete condition, the company has the right to refuse to accept the box.
- If the card is not put in a Toploader or Card saver tightly according to the steps in the How to Pack section, if there is damage during transportation, the company will not be responsible.
- Grading is only an assessment from the company, piece by piece. It cannot be used as a clear indicator or comparison in other aspects.
- You agree to allow SQC to check the condition of the card. If the grade or condition of the card comes out as you wish, you will accept it without objection. - You agree to allow your card to be displayed on the company's media.
- You acknowledge that the grading time will vary depending on the number of service recipients, which may be slower than the specified time if there are a large number of previous service recipients.
- Before sending and when unpacking (receiving the item), take clear clips and photos of both the front and back at every step. If there is any damage for an unknown or unclear reason, such as from transportation, the company will not be responsible.
- When sending a parcel, it must be sent by Thailand Post EMS only because it is easy to track the product. If it is sent by a private shipping company and is damaged or lost, the sender must take action to claim with the shipping company.
- When sending a parcel back via SQC, it will be sent by Thailand Post EMS only.
- If you want to buy additional product insurance, you must notify us in a special case via the inbox page facebook.com/sqccard. There will be an additional charge of 600 baht, with an insurance coverage of 30,000 baht. This is insurance purchased from Thailand Post. If insurance is not purchased and if the product is damaged or lost in any case, SQC will not be held responsible.
Important: Because SQC Company does not have measures to collect additional service fees if the card is expensive. Normally, foreign companies will charge an additional fee if your card is priced high in the market. In the event of damage or loss resulting from the service process, SQC will compensate for the damage and SQC will assess the value of the damaged product, but not exceeding 10,000 baht per case.
- If the company sees or suspects that it is a counterfeit product, the card owner will be notified, and the company will cancel the service without refunding this part.
- If you are not sure about receiving the service, please cancel the order / If you receive the service, it means that you accept all conditions.
